Bar staff requires 1 hour lead-in time to set up. (included in any quote)
We coordinate with client beforehand regarding the types and amounts of alcohol required to make certain all guests are accommodated yet avoid over-purchasing of liquor and other unneeded expenses.
Options for themes are available if client seeks a signature cocktails for their wedding.
We create a 'grocery list' based upon clients preferences. There is no additional charge for this service.
Client is responsible for acquiring all supplies, including: Liquor, mixers, ice, coolers, cups or glassware, garnishes and all other consumables.
We do not supply or resell liquor.
We do provide all of the tools normally found behind the bar.
Quotes do not include tips and assumes those will be from guests and be earned based on the quality of our service. (which is always first rate!)

Client Responsibility:
The client will provide a bar, or other suitable workstation, where the bartender will serve drinks. This area MUST have access to a sink and coolers (if necessary). It is the client’s responsibility to provide all liquors, mixers, ice, garnishes and any glassware.
The client agrees to assist the bartender in discontinuing service to visibly intoxicated guests.
The client agrees to refrain from serving minors, or otherwise encouraging minors to drink alcoholic beverages.
Rates and Fees: The agreed upon hourly rate for this event will be $25 per, hour per
bartender. (5-hour minimum)
If no visible tip jar is allowed, an additional $1.00 per person will be added for gratuity
There will be a $75.00 deposit due immediately. This deposit will be refundable up until
30 days prior to the event.
