Modern Art Theater and Dance Academy is a beautiful 3000+ square feet space, beautiful for many occasions. -Big open lobby space -2 large dance studio rooms with speakers and disco lights - 3 bathrooms -max occupancy 75 -Mini fridge and freezer -Parking lot -Nearby to many restaurants that will cater to your event -4 white folding tables and folding chairs -Event hostess that will be available during your event. Hostess will set up and take down the tables and chairs for you. -(Add-on) Event hostess that will coordinate your event guests and your event, keeping everything going as scheduled and announcing and facilitating each activity. Event hostess can also pass out food and clean up your event. We charge $100 an hour with a minimum of 3 hours for each event, including set up if necessary. This includes everything listed above. For an extra $50 an hour, the hostess can run your event for you, keeping party activities going on schedule. We do require a deposit of $150 to hold your date and the hostess time. We will email you a contract that must be signed 2 weeks before the event.
