Terms & Conditions A non-refundable deposit of $ 600.00 is required to hold the date. The balance is due on the day of the event. Digital Studio Asia will be the exclusive professional videographer/photographer. Friends and family are permitted to operate cameras on the condition that they do not interfere with or get in the way of the professional coverage. It is the client's responsibility to secure access to areas for videography and photography. Digital Studio Asia will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions. Creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of Digital Studio Asia. In the case a particular segment of the event is either not recorded, partially recorded, or not part of the edited master tape/dvd, it is at the sole discretion of Digital Studio Asia as the exclusive producer of the event video recording. Digital Studio Asia will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guests, etc. Digital Studio Asia reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health. In this event all monies paid will be refunded in full. Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Digital Studio Asia of any technical problems with the video within 7 days. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product. DELIVERY OF FINISHED PRODUCT - The Customer is welcome to pick-up their video(s) in person or they can have them shipped to them postage paid. (Please note that Post-Production editing usually takes up to 6-8 weeks to complete) The Digital Negatives will be mailed 4 weeks after the event. (Please note that digital negatives are color corrected) MEALS – Digital Studio Asia asks that a courtesy meal be provided for the videographer/photographer(s). STUDIO LIABILITY – Digital Studio Asia will take the utmost care with respect to the production, postproduction and delivery of the video(s) and photographs. However, in the event Digital Studio Asia fails to comply with the terms of this contract, due to any event at or beyond the control of Digital Studio Asia, including but not limited to illness, accidents, acts of God or uncontrollable and unforsseable equipment failure, Digital Studio Asia is limited only to refund of all monies received. Copyright will be owned by Digital Studio Asia. I/We have read the above terms and conditions and fully understand and agree to authorize Digital Studio Asia to video tape/photograph the wedding specified on the terms and conditions set forth on this contract.
