Terms and Conditions

In consideration of the mutual promises set forth hereunder, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, Special Events Remembered and client agree to the following: - The event will be planned by Special Events Remembered - A budget will be established and given to Special Events Remembered - Undersigned will only have Special Events Remembered as the only Event Planner Special Events Remembered will not be held legally liable for other vendors. This includes vendor no shows, failure for a vendor to complete their contract, the way the vendor services turn out (such as pictures, flowers, cake, communications, ushers, etc.), or any other vendor actions. The undersigned agrees to let Special Events Remembered know of any changes to the event and/or vendors that they will be using by two weeks prior to the planned event. The undersigned also agrees to immediately notify Special Events Remembered in case of a cancellation of the event or change to the event date. Cancellation at anytime of the event by the undersigned will result in a non-refundable refund of the monies that has been paid to Special Events Remembered. Refunds are limited to unearned fees, funds in excess of unused or non-refundable fees and out-of-pocket expenses. If you cancel less than 30 days before the event – except for the death of a member of your immediate family, or military deployment – there will be no refund. If an act of God, such as a fire, flood, earthquake or other natural calamity shall cause you to cancel your event; I will require payment only for the time actually spent planning your event. The only acceptable forms of payment are credit card, money order, certified check or Paypal. In the event that Special Events Remembered is not able to coordinate the event, then a full refund of unearned monies that have been paid to Special Events Remembered will be given back to the undersigned. If services are rendered by Special Events Remembered, then the Undersigned agrees that no refund of monies will be given after the event or thereafter even if the undersigned is not satisfied. This clause is to protect Special Events Remembered by ensuring they are payed for their services and not asked to give the undersigned free service after everything is complete. This agreement may be terminated as follows: Either party may terminate this contract at any time. Undersigned must give a written cancellation notice to Special Events Remembered if undersigned wishes to cancel this contract. The Undersigned is not entitled to a refund of the monies paid should they cancel.
