Terms and Conditions
General Rules
Guests are responsible for leaving space in the condition it was given, including bringing bins for recycling of waste and collecting any food and/or other waste, otherwise a $300 cleaning fee will be assessed.
Food / Catering:
Outside catering is welcome. If you use outside catering, you will be responsible for all food cleanup after event. Please note that we do not offer a kitchen prep area.
Alcohol:
Alcohol is available through our space only and only for:
• Private events
• Pre-sale ticket events (no at door tickets)
• Please notify us at least 14 days prior to event if alcohol is required
Seating and Furnishings:
Each event is unique, so most event guests provide their own seating and tables to suit their needs. We can also refer you to local vendors that provide rental services.
Security:
Security is required for any event with alcohol and more than 50 people. 1 security personnel is required for each 100 people at a rate of $50 / hr.
Cancellation Policy
Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
