The service is amazing and we are using them for years for all possible occasions like birthdays, weddings, company gatherings, anniversaries and funerals. Ann's team always knows what is needed and it never takes long for them to prepare the flowers. Even on a short notice they manage to deliver the best quality. The flowers are always beautiful and high quality. We never had to send flowers back or complain about something. It is just a pleasure to work together with them. The staff is always flexible and friendly and when they deliver they do not mind carrying up flowers to apartments or event halls. They always do special flower bouquets for valentines and they are probably the best flower supplier in the area for this special occasion and my fiance always loves the flowers. Overall I can say that service, quality and price are just perfect. It is always a pleasure to call Ann or to go directly to the shop to order something special. They invite you for a cup of coffee or tea to discuss the order. Payment terms are negotiable and either full prepayment or payment after the event. It is perfect. I don't think that I will change my flower supplier in the near future.
