Terms and Conditions
The price of the venue includes event time, security, onsite staff, tables, chairs and bistro style lighting over the reception area. In addition to the event time, the fees include two hours prior for decoration and on hour following for clean-up. The minimum required to hold the date is the $750 refundable deposit.
Events at the Heritage Park must end no later than midnight, with clean-up ending at 1:00 a.m. No additional hours may be purchased to extend events past 12:00 a.m., however you can purchase up to 2 additional hours for decorating prior to your event, at $30. per hour.
Heritage Park has an exclusive bartending and DJ policy, which requires the applicants to choose one of the exclusive vendors for their wedding. Also, there is a recommended catering list, however if you would like to bring in a caterer of your choice, the caterer is required to submit a 10% fee for license to cater at the venue.
