The Clarke Estate is a beautiful, historic home located in Santa Fe Springs that is the perfect destination for a romantic, vintage wedding. The estate is available for wedding and reception reservations, Saturdays & Sundays, May through October, as we an entirely outdoor venue with no back up due to rain, or any other extreme weather conditions.
Ceremony Only - 2 hours of event time | 0-100 guests: $433 + $750 refundable deposit | 101-150 guests: $508 +$750 refundable deposit | 151-200 guests: $583 + $750 refundable deposit

Terms and Conditions
The price of the venue includes event time, onsite staff, and chairs. In addition to the event time, the fees include two hours prior for decoration and on hour following for clean-up. The minimum required to hold the date is the $750 refundable deposit.
For receptions, the events at the Clarke Estate must end no later than 10:00 p.m., with clean-up ending at 11:00 p.m. No additional hours may be purchased to extend events past 10:00p.m., however you can purchase up to 2 additional hours for decorating prior to your event, at $30 per hour. The Clarke Estate has an exclusive bartending and DJ policy, which requires the applicants to choose one of the exclusive vendors for their wedding. Also, there is a recommended catering list, however if you would like to bring in a caterer of your choice, the caterer is required to submit a 10% fee for license to cater at the venue.
