Terms and Conditions
We require a $7,500 food and beverage minimum to have the space exclusively, along with a $2,500 site fee taken at the time of booking. We require a contract and credit card to hold the reservation, and there is a $2,500 cancellation fee if done less than 14 days before the event. This is also when a minimum headcount is due. We also include 22% gratuity (includes all setup and staffing) and sales tax. The event can begin anytime between 5:00-8pm, and the Terrace has a hard close of 10pm.
