“Zaca” is a working cattle ranch that includes event facilities second to none in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley. We host a limited number of events each year to select guests. Our philosophy is simple: it’s your event; we want to work with you to realize your vision. We’re flexible — it’s a ranch! You will enjoy full access and use of the Barn, Barn Residence and the “great lawn” with its spectacular views of a grassy “draw” and the mountains beyond. Two acres around the Barn Residence are fenced and include an open fire pit, oak barbecue grills, lawn furniture, and a stage wired for sound. There is plenty of room for casual “mingling” or more formal seated or tented events. Upstairs in the Barn Residence you have access to three decks with amazing views, two bedrooms for dressing and preparation, two bathrooms, kitchen and, of course, the living area for day of wedding use by the bride and bridal party. Downstairs you will enjoy use of two covered patios below the residence and the large, enclosed barn itself for dinner and/or dancing.
