The fee of the Officiant, shall be determined by the event location, the time of the event, the number of attendees, the time and distance traveled to the rehearsal and to the event, the complexity of the Ceremonial Wordings, the coordinating of the Ceremony and its methodology, the possible use of the Officiant's vendor connections, the attire for the event, the use of any Officiant personal material in the course of the event. In addition, any printed, audio, or video materials shall only be used for personal use, and produced and provided for by the event holder, otherwise, the Officiant must sign off an acknowledgement of the uses, if, they are found to comply with the conditions set forth that describe the event. The Officiant is said to be found to be held harmless in any way, to any situations which transpire outside of this events stipulated contractual agreement.

Terms and Conditions
The last day of cancelation is 30 days prior to event date. The deposit required is non refundable. The deposit amount is fifty percent (50%) of the event fee. The deposit is required ten (10) days after the event date is set. If the event date is changed within the 30 day period, it will be with the agreement with the Officiant, and shall not conflict on prior scheduled events, and with the date change, within the 30 days, it shall be at the discretion of the Officiant to determine whether or not to apply the deposit to the new event date.
