Draughtsmen Aleworks Mosaic Back Patio The spacing for the group will be in the covered, back patio area directly behind Mosaic. This is a semi private area. A space would be sectioned off that is proportionate to the size of the group. Use of existing furniture and full WiFi coverage. ADA accessible. Able to support live music. Draughtsmen Aleworks Mosaic Courtyard The spacing for the group will be in the courtyard patio area directly behind Mosaic between the center fountain and the Mosaic covered patio area. This is a semi private area. If the group exceeds 100 people, a space would be sectioned off that is proportionate to the size of the group. Use of existing furniture and full WiFi coverage. ADA accessible. Able to support live music. Cleaning fee and 50% deposit due on signing. Full refund if event is cancelled within 14 calendar days of event date. Remaining fee due on day of event upon arrival. NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI PLEASE $75 hour dedicated server should you party fall outside of normal business hours. $300 food facility fee if client is not using a preferred, approved food vendor. Food vendor must be approved prior to event date. $125 per hour over agreed event end time maximum of three hours within business hours. $500 fee if glitter/confetti is used.
