Event was absolutely beautiful. Even though we had torrential rain & winds from the first tropical storm to come through in 50 years (9/9/22) the event staff were able to make last minute changes to make sure our guests weren't terribly inconvenienced as the reception was scheduled to be held in the open courtyard area. They moved the reception to the indoor air conditioned area which actually worked out even better! Staff is attentive and on top of everything.

The Hacienda Tivoli Terrace is an amazing and yet affordable location for a wedding or important occasion. The staff was very well informed, professional and above all helpful and courteous. A pre- wedding tour helped me visualize how my big day would go. The beautiful Spanish Hacienda was the perfect background for our wedding. To begin with I loved that everything was right there, flower arrangements, food, bakery, music, tables, etc. We chose tables covered with beautiful fresh flowers, a separate gazebo for our beautiful cake baked right there on the premises and a huge floor for dancing. It was wonderful the only thing I had to worry about was getting my dress and minister, they took care of the rest. After our ceremony, all our guest raved about the food. I was amazed when we went from wedding ceremony to cake cutting and then back for dancing, the staff at the Hacienda had everything moved without disturbing us or any of our guest. The staff at the Hacienda made sure my day was spectacular. Even when I realize I had forgotten an important item, they were right there to the rescue with the item and champagne to calm my nerves. I felt like a princess walking down the beautiful staircase, my dress flowing behind me. I will not ever forget the look on my husband's face or the Hacienda, for making my wedding wonderful. I highly recommend this as a wedding venue. I can't wait to attend someone else's wedding there, just to relive the moment and eat the delicious food!
