The wife and I had Soiree Catering plan and cater our tropical, but elegant wedding last year at the Cafe at Tech Space in Aliso Viejo. Many of our guests said it was the most fun they ever had at a wedding. I couldn't agree more. Soiree handled every detail so "The Mrs." and I had only one thing on our minds–have a blast! At one time I was an employee of Soiree catering. Doing some of the most posh parties as well as the mose casual. I thought they were amazing then, but 5 years later when I hired them for my wedding they topped themselves. Everyone raved about how amazing the food was. I didn't have much time to eat at my own wedding but the left overs I had the next day were still amazing. So anyone thinking of using them, they are professional, with amazing food and the most beautiful spread you will ever see. They are definitely worth every penny. Food makes the wedding/party and soiree makes the food!
