Site Fee: $3,500, seven days a week, on/offseason and includes the use of all four private venues, six (6) hour duration which begins at the ceremony start time and the latest possible ending time being 11:30 pm. Food & beverage and furnishings are separate. Furnishing are tables, chairs, linen, dinnerware, glassware, and flatware.
Coordination Fee: $500, which includes planning assistance, management of the rehearsal, and day-of coordination.
There is a food & beverage minimum and is based on peak/off peak season and date. This minimum is for food & beverage only and is the subtotal prior to adding the service charge and sales tax.
