Terms and Conditions
There is a 72 hour cancellation policy for companies and residential parties. Personal spa services have a 2 hour cancellation policy. There is a deposit and paid in full before the party is scheduled, and is used to reserve your event, with a full refund if you are cancelling within 72 hours of the event.
