Our dining hall is the perfect spot for a large group meeting or event. We have a public address system with wired podium and wireless handheld and lapel microphones, free for you to use. There is a pull-down screen and we have LCD projectors available for rent. Free wireless internet is available throughout the Center. The dining hall has a capacity of 205. Located on the east side of our Lowry Lodge, Bremer Classroom is a large classroom space with capacity for 30-60, depending on room arrangement. There are also full kitchen facilities located in Bremer Classroom, making it ideal not only for meetings, but also craft and/or cooking classes. There is a pull-down screen and we have LCD projectors available for rent. Free wireless internet is available throughout the Center.

Located in the former hayloft of our Wildlife Barn, our Climbing Wall classroom is a beautiful and unique meeting spot. Windows overlook the high ropes course and wetlands to the east. Depending on room arrangement, the capacity of the Climbing Wall Classroom is 40-70. There is a pull-down screen and we have LCD projectors available for rent. Free wireless internet is available throughout the Center.

Crosby Lodge also houses our International Classroom and Science Classroom on the east end of the building. Each of those classrooms seat 12-20, depending on room arrangement, and are perfect for small group meetings or breakout sessions. There are pull-down screens in each classroom and we have LCD projectors available for rent. Free wireless internet is available throughout the Center.

Crosby Lounge, located on the west end of Crosby Lodge, is a large beautiful meeting space, with windows on 3 sides overlooking the woods, lake and solar arrays. There is a pull-down screen and we have LCD projectors available for rent. Free wireless internet is available throughout the Center. Crosby Lounge is the perfect meeting location for groups of 30-60 people. Capacity depends on seating and table arrangements; without tables, capacity can go up to about 80.

In addition to the above mentioned formal meeting spaces, we have a number of dispersed and outdoor spaces, which can add a unique dimension to your meeting or function as additional breakout meeting locations. These dispersed meeting spaces include: Yurt – located about 1/3 mile west of our parking lot; capacity 12-20 Steele (wetlands) Log Cabin – located just east of the Center’s main campus; capacity 12-20 Bird Banding Shed – located next to the barn; capacity 8-16 Wildlife Classroom – located in our Wildlife Barn: capacity 10-20 Lakeside seating areas are located in front of Schwyzer Lodge and on the cantilevered deck near the Dining Hall Picnic and firepit area – located south of the barn complex

Our large historic Schwyzer Lodge can be used for meeting space. The comfort of this 5-bedroom lakeside house make is perfect for cozier or more casual meetings. The large living room with fireplace has several couches and easy chairs for an informal seating capacity of about 12-20. The large dining room holds a huge table that seats 12-14, plus has lots of extra room, for a total seating capacity of 12-20. There is a pull-down screen and we have LCD projectors available for rent. Free wireless internet is available throughout the Center.
