Menu Tasting- CordeValle offers a complimentary sample wedding menu tasting in our One Iron Bar for the Bride and
Groom with (2) weeks advance notice for all contracted weddings. Your coordinator will assist in the selection of up to four hors
d’ oeuvres, one salad, three entrees, and dessert for you to experience. If you would like to have guests join in this occasion, we are
able to accommodate an additional four guests at $55++ per person.
Guarantee- The guarantee or a minimum number of guests for which you will be charged is due by 12pm, fourteen days prior
to your event. In the absence of a guarantee, your expected attendance will be used as the guarantee. Refunds will not be issued if
actual number of guests in attendance is less than the final guaranteed number. Upon request, CordeValle will set a maximum of five
(5%) percent over the guarantee. Please Note: If attendance exceeds this overset, the integrity of the menu and service may be
compromised.
Menu Selection- The menus provided are to assist you with planning your catered functions. If desired, our Chefs
would be delighted to customize a menu for your function based on specific needs or a theme of interest. Please speak to your
Coordinator regarding your interest in customized menus. All menu and wine selections should be finalized with your
coordinator 30 days prior to the event.
Multiple Entrees- For events of 20 guests or more, up to three entrée choices, including a vegetarian option may be
select-ed for plated events. If the entrée counts are provided at a minimum of 14 days prior to the dinner along with place cards
indicating your meal preference, no additional surcharge will be assessed.
Outside Food and Beverage- CordeValle does not permit outside food and beverage with the
exception of the Wedding Cake.
Guest Access- Your wedding guests who are not staying as overnight guests of CordeValle are only
permitted access to the wedding venue while on property. A list of all day guest wedding attendees will be
required for property entrance at our gatehouse.
Shipping and Receiving- Packages and boxes for your event w ill be accepted up to three business
days prior to the event. All packages and boxes must be clearly labeled with the name and date of the event,
contact and phone number on the side of the box, as well as your Coordinator’s name. Shipments are
accepted at our loading dock, Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Vendors- Your Coordinator will provide you with a list of all recommended and approved vendors.
Use of any vendors not included on CordeValle’s preferred vendor list will require written advanced approval
from your Wedding Coordinator. The exception being with regards to audio visual, as PSAV is CordeValle’s
exclusive audio visual provider.
Music Entertainment- Your Coordinator will be pleased to make any music and entertainment
arrangements for you. If you choose to make these arrangements for yourself, CordeValle must approve all
plans 30 days prior to the date of the event and receive a copy of the contract. Due to noise ordinances,
amplified music outdoors is not permitted without previous approval from CordeValle. All non-amplified music
outdoors must end by 9pm and interior music is allowed until 11pm.
Vendor Deliveries- Vendors must deliver through loading dock, located to the far right of the Portico.
Delivery vehicles parked in the main drive and portico are subject to be towed at the owner’s expense. Your
Coordinator must have a complete list of all vendors and their services and any requirements for your
wedding. Vendors must be set up and completed one hour prior to the wedding ceremony so that the
CordeValle staff may complete their set up of the event. All items brought or set up by vendors must be
removed by 10:00 am the following day.
