Terms and Conditions
Bloom Yoga Studio Rental - Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement: By booking the Bloom Yoga studio, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Use of Space: The space is to be used solely for the purpose stated in your booking request and must be consistent with Bloom Yoga's mission of promoting health and wellness. No activities that are illegal, dangerous, or disruptive will be permitted.
3. Rental Period: The rental period includes set-up and clean-up time. You must vacate the premises by the end of your rental period.
4. Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments.
5. Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
6. Cleaning Fee: A non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 applies to all rentals.
7. Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused to the studio or its contents during your rental period.
8. Liability:
Bloom Together LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from the use of the studio.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloom Together LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the studio.
You are required to have your own liability insurance covering your event.
9. Noise: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening events.
10. Food and Beverage: You may bring in food and beverages, but please clean up after yourselves and dispose of all trash properly.
11. Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited on the premises.
12. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Bloom Yoga's studio policies.
13. Right to Refuse Service: Bloom Yoga reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
14. Modifications: Bloom Yoga reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
