• Rental Fees
Sunday-Friday is $160/hr - Minimum rental is any 5 consecutive
Saturday is $190/hr - Minimum rental is any 8 consecutive hours on Saturdays and Holidays.
Hours available to rent: 9:00am - 11:00pm
Events over 8 hours will have an additional $15/hour for security overtime.
• Cleaning Fee* | $125 (Optional)
*If you do not wish to clean the venue completely yourself, all you need to do is remove all trash, food, belongings, decorations, and clean & put away the tables and chairs as well as any other furniture that may have been moved during the event.
• Event Insurance* | approximately $105

Refundable if no damage occurs and the rental contract is not broken
