Terms and Conditions

1) All of our wholesale price quotes are customized for each client and are confidential. 2) We charge neither tax, commission nor any agent fees. 3) To officially book and confirm your date, a signed contract is needed with a 45% deposit of the final amount of your package. 4) The balance due of your final payment will be due either a week prior to the event, or on the day of the event. 5) We only charge for “playtime,” never for set-up or breakdown time. 6) Only when the client is fully ready to contract our talent, should a client green-light the contract process. 7) Once the contract is submitted by BBMP, the future client has a 2 day grace period to send in a deposit and contract to ensure the booking. Past the 2 day grace period, the date will be released for another client to book the date. 8) Clients can book up to 2 years in advance, so finalizing your decision will ensure the booking of your date. 9) As we often have multiple inquires of the same date, we will notify you if another client calls for your specific date. 10) When booking musicians, there is a required minimum of 1.5 to 2 hours to book musicians on site locally the in San Francisco/Bay Area. If outside the area (an hour or more from SF), a minimum of 3 hours is required. 11) When booking DJ/MC services, a minimum of 3 hours is required locally in the San Francisco/Bay Area. If outside the area, a minimum of 4 hours is required. 12) All your credit card payment transaction fees are covered by BBMP. 13) All subsequent additions of our services to the initial package will require another 50% deposit of that service’s value. 14) We are a fully insured music contracting company with comprehensive liability insurance (most venues require this now) with Mercer Insurance (www.mercer.com).
