PAYMENT
We require a signed Private Dining Agreement, 20% deposit and credit card on file to confirm all private
dining events. Final payment is due at the conclusion of event and the charges will be posted to the credit
card provided at the time of agreement unless arrangements are made in advance to use a different or
additional card. Final charges can be divided between a maximum of 3 different credit cards.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation schedule is as follows:
Less than 90 days notice, 25% of food and beverage minimum. Less than 60 days notice, 50% of food and beverage minimum. Less than 30 days notice, 75% of food and beverage minimum. Less than 2 week notice, 100% of food and beverage minimum plus 22% service charge.
GUEST COUNT
Final guaranteed guest count is due one week prior to event. We will be prepared to accommodate a 10%
increase with 72 hour notice upon approval of our chef. If the actual guest count is less than the
guaranteed number, guest will be responsible for guaranteed number provided. If we do not receive final
guest count one week prior, the contracted number of guests will be used as the guaranteed number. Notifications of final guest count, any changes to the guest count or cancellation must be made via email.
RENTAL FEES/VENDORS
Large party rental fees may apply to parties over 60 guests. Guest is responsible for making direct
arrangements and payments with all third party vendors unless otherwise arranged with Berber. Deliveries more than one hour in advance of event requires approval from Berber and is subject to set-up, handling and/or storage fees. All rental items must be removed upon conclusion of event.
FLOWERS
We are happy to suggest a local florist for your event. Deliveries can be made one hour in advance of
event start time.
AUDIO & VISUAL
Audio visual equipment can be provided by Berber at a rental cost or provided by a third party or guest. Berber is not responsible for any equipment provided by guest or provider contracted by guest.
