This 760 sq. foot area can accommodate meetings and breakouts for up to 60 people. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due upon signing of this agreement to confirm and hold Renter’s reservation. The remainder of the balance is due one month prior. Payment can be made by check, invoice, wire transfer, or credit card (please note that if rental fees are paid by credit card a 3% processing fee will be added).
Overtime: After a grace period of ½ hour, Renter will be charged for overtime use of the facilities at the rate of 1 ½ times the hourly rate as specified above, in ½ hour increments. Our site manager will make every effort to inform the Renter of these charges at the time of the event.
Changes and Cancellations: Renter may cancel any booking within 48 hours of signing of this contract without further obligation, so long as that cancellation is also made more than 7 days in advance of the rental start-date. If a booking is made less than 7 days in advance, or the cancellation is made more than 48 hours after it has been confirmed by the host, the following cancellation and refund rules will apply:
