Terms and Conditions

BOOKING AND PAYMENT - Full payment is required to secure the booking - A refundable security deposit of $200 is required - Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance for a full refund - Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit 50% of the rental fee RENTAL PERIOD - Rental period begins and ends at the times specified in the booking agreement - Additional time will be charged at an hourly rate of $150 - Early arrival or late departure without prior arrangement will incur additional fees VENUE ACCESS AND SECURITY - Access codes are provided at check-in and are valid only for the rental period - Sharing of access codes with unauthorized persons is prohibited - The renter is responsible for securing the venue during and after use - Lost or stolen items are not the responsibility of the venue owner VENUE RULES AND REGULATIONS - Maximum capacity: 50 persons - No smoking anywhere in the building - No unauthorized alterations to the space - No nails, screws - All furniture must remain inside the venue - Music and noise must be maintained at reasonable levels CLEANING AND DAMAGES - The venue must be returned in the same condition as received - All trash must be properly disposed of - All personal items and equipment must be removed - Renter is responsible for any damages caused during the rental period - Cleaning fees will be deducted from the security deposit if necessary - Damages exceeding the security deposit will be billed to the renter INSURANCE AND LIABILITY - Renter must provide proof of event insurance when required - Venue owner is not responsible for any injury or loss during the rental period - Renter assumes all liability for their guests and vendors - Professional vendors must provide proof of insurance PARKING - Parking is not included in the rental - Street parking and nearby parking lots are available at renter's expense - Venue owner is not responsible for parking violations or vehicle damage VENDOR AND EQUIPMENT - All vendors must be approved in advance - Load-in/load-out must occur during rental period - All equipment must be removed at the end of rental period COMPLIANCE - Renter must comply with all local laws and regulations - Required permits are the responsibility of the renter - Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of rental and forfeiture of security deposit ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By proceeding with the rental, the renter acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above.
