Additional event time can be purchased at $400 per hour, additional setup and breakdown time can be purchased at $250 per hour
Prices are subject to change until a contract is signed and deposit is received

Security Deposit A $1000 refundable security deposit will be required 2 weeks before the event start. If there is no damage the $1000 will be returned within 10 days of the event.

A $250 per hour fee will be charged for any additional set-up or breakdown time. Prices are subject to change until a contract is signed and deposit is received

Catering and Rental Companies - All catering and rental companies used by the client must be on our pre-approved vendors list or get approved by us by completing our insurance requirements and being instructed on gallery requirements
Day of Insurance Policy - A $1 million insurance policy is required 2 weeks in advance of the event to rent the space
