Open, Modern, Industrial Space: Working Cidery in Sorrento Valley/Miramar. The Tasting Room at Guthrie CiderWorks shares a space with our working cidery, which produces small-batch, dry, craft ciders that are distributed throughout Southern California. The Tasting Room looks into our production facility with its bright, stainless steel tanks. The Tasting Room has two bars, barrel tables with seating and a canyon view. The Lounge is a separate room adjacent to the tasting room. It has informal seating and is used in conjunction with the Tasting Room. Beverages: We offer venue rental with or without cider. Food: You are welcome to bring food in or have your event catered. Or we can help you arrange a food truck for your event.
