I have recently used Florabella located in San Diego, CA for a party I was throwing for my sister. While I only bought a few bouquets, I was really astonished by the level of customer service and skill that is offered at this vendor. In terms of customer service, the girls that worked at the store were patient and knowledgeable. I was very confused on what I wanted. Furthermore, I didn't know which flowers would complement each other. They were able to recommend me very tasteful peach rose arrangements. The girls were very friendly and easy to talk to. They were ready with answers on different kinds of flowers and the properties of flowers (i.e which ones last longer than others etc.). Furthermore, from listening in on other customer requests, they are willing to take large and small orders alike. Attention to detail is paid to small and large orders. It really seemed like everyone cared about flowers and were passionate about pleasing their customers with great floral products. In terms of skill, all the girls there are excellent florists. Their ability does not stop at making bouquets. They also provide a wide range of services including corsages, different arrangements, centerpieces and such. They sell vases and cards just in case a customer needed them. This place is really a one-stop shop in terms of your flower and gift needs. I really recommend this place for anyone with flower needs. Whether you are looking for a corsage for a high school prom, or you are looking for a vendor to facilitate your extravagant wedding, Florabella is really the place to go to!
