We highly recommend our DJ, Catering service and Efficient Bar Staff. Any of our packages already include tables and Garden Mahogany chairs. Additionally we include 4 tables for Couple, Cake, Presents and Entrance and a 6 hour use of the venue for the event. The use of the residence's three (3) bedrooms, the living room, kitchen and t.v. room for the client starting at 11 a.m. at no additional cost. This means you can be on the premises and make use of the property and House for a total of 13 Hours. At last Parking space staff (to guide your guests) as well as maintenance for the residence is included. To further personalize your day we have upgrade options that include linens, chairs, dance floors, special effect lighting, reception decoration, and even chandeliers. Bar service is available with a rustic, modern or even a vintage feel. Secure your Event date with a $2,330.00 Payment or with a payment of $1,000.00 ,with a date hold, which basically splits the $2,330.00 into two payments.
