Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT TERMS:
1. Rental Deposit and Rental Fees:
At the time of reserving the Premises, a $500 deposit as well as 50% of base rental rate will be due if over 60 days from Event date. If reserving an Event within less than 60 days out, $500 deposit as well as full balance will be due to secure the Event date. This deposit is refundable post Event, assuming no financial damage to property. The deposit, half of full rental fee and contract officially reserve the event date and location to the CLIENT. The final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the date of the Event.
The $500 deposit is held for any damage done to the Premises, to include missing property, excessive trash or failure to exit property by midnight. This deposit is fully refundable next Monday after the Event date as long as none of the afore mentioned has taken place. In the event that there is more than $500 damage, or additional damages, missing property or excessive trash, CLIENT is liable for all damages and will be responsible for charges incurred.
2. Cancellation Policy:
If the CLIENT requests a cancellation prior to 60 days out from Event, they will receive a 20% of deposit refund, as well as their $500 deposit. If CLIENT requests a cancellation within 60 days of the scheduled Event, there will be no refunds issued, to include their $500 deposit.
