Beautiful venue, great communication, affordable and very professional

Everything went fantastic. The place was beautiful and accommodated us quite easily. They made everything easy. We were very happy with the service.

When I first visited this location as a prospective venue in January 2022, I instantly fell in love with the setting and the rustic charm this location has. From the beginning, Stephanie, the owner and coordinator, was phenomenal. She made sure we had everything we needed during the planning stages and helped to ensure everything was just how we wanted it for the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding she was there nice and early to make sure everything was still where it needed to be and the week of she communicated with all the vendors to ensure they knew where to be for both the ceremony and reception. I highly recommend this venue and Stephanie to any couple looking to have their events in the same location.

I’ve recently had my 65th birthday celebration in the Rustic Pearl reception hall. It could not have been a more perfect experience. Stephanie made sure everything was just the way I wanted it, and she is wonderful to work with. She is friendly, welcoming and efficient. I can’t say enough good things about this venue. I highly recommend it!

My daughter’s wedding and reception was held at the Rustic Pearl. The chapel and reception hall was already beautifully decorated, all we added was the wedding color. Stephanie, the wedding coordinator was so very helpful and thorough, I would have been lost without her. I would highly recommend!!!

We were beyond impressed with the beautiful Rustic Pearl venue. It was beyond amazing for my daughter’s Quinceanera. Stephanie was such a joy to work with she goes over and beyond to meet your expectations in every way. She truly made my daughters special day one to remember and helped me make sure everything ran smoothly. We can not thank her enough for everything and I would highly recommend the Rustic Pearl for your next event.

We held a memorial service for my dad here last week. The venue was perfect in having a chapel for the service and a reception hall for a luncheon afterward. The location is convenient but it is set back from the road so it seems like you're in the country. Stephanie and her staff were very helpful. I recommend this venue for any kind of group event.

We had our wedding at the Rustic Pearl and it was fantastic! Stephanie was AMAZING the whole way through. She was always happy to work with us for whatever we needed and she always accommodated our requests. Couldn’t have asked for someone better to work with! The venue is also very beautiful and is the perfect backdrop for wedding photos both inside the chapel/reception hall and outside. The grounds are also quite large, so plenty of room in case you’re having a larger wedding or event. Everything is also very well maintained and clean. Our only complaint was the temperature inside the chapel. Our wedding was in the early summer when it was 95+ degrees outside and since the chapel is very old, it’s not very well insulated to the heat. It was quite hot inside the chapel but as soon as we mentioned it to Stephanie she cranked the A/C down as far as it would go and quickly found a large fan for us to use in the meantime. It ended up not being that big of a deal but something to be aware of for summer brides! Overall though we had a fantastic experience with the Rustic Pearl. It was extremely affordable as well and was well worth the money. 10/10 would definitely recommend this venue!!!

We had our wedding March26th and hosted our reception at the Rustic Pearl. I honestly don’t think the description box has enough room for all the good things I have to say about this venue and the owners. The venue at first glance suited all of our needs from eye catching curb appeal to the right size for our guest, beautiful trees, the cutest table decorations and so much more. Everything was so perfect and when something was a little off, Stephanie was there to make sure our night went as smoothly as possible. We have never been so catered to as a customer! They sure did take care of us and we definitely were grateful for every experience we had there! This venue exceeded our expectations and we only hope that we can work with them again! Thank you!

Had my daughter's college graduation party in December. Stephanie the owner was very nice and attentive. The bartender was awesome. I am very please with their service. I love that they have everything available to ( round tables, rectangle tables, chairs, table cloths, and different centerpieces). Plus the place is decorated really nicely. Looking forward to having more family events at the Rustic Pearls.

We hosted a double Sweet Sixteen party and it was a big hit. Weather was chilly but the indoor hall was kept comfortable. Owner was helpful and friendly. We had about 25 teenagers. There was plenty of room for dancing. I would definitely recommend for mid-size gatherings. The theme of the party was "Enchanted Forest" and the Texas Hill Country atmosphere was perfect.

Annual Military Christmas party, went without a hitch thanks to the amazing staff at the Rustic pearl! Such an amazing hidden gem in san antonio, and so Military friendly. Our staff had an amazing time with their families especially since it is so spacious but still private. We got to have a bounce house and some outdoor games for everyone. The manager was great at communicating and responding in a timely manner plus very attentive om the day of the event which was greatly appreciated.

Stephanie Fischer, wow you really were a miracle worker at the last minute. The lights was such a beautiful touch to the inside and the outside both. Thank you so much for allowing us to host our Christmas party at your venue. The special touch you gave this places just amazes me! The Rustic Pearl event center is a charming location that provided a wonderful place to celebrate our Mother's life. The premises are surrounded by beautiful oak trees and the event center has an elegant country cottage feel. This was a perfect fit for our family and we are very happy we chose this location. Owner Stephanie Fischer was attentive to our needs, helpful, professional, and always quick to respond back to any questions/concerns before and during our event. I highly recommend this venue for *any event.
