BENEDICT ROOM: Max Seating 35 persons. Max standing is 50 persons. Minimum spend $1000-$1800
SCHOLASTICA ROOM: Max Seating 60 persons. Max standing is 80 persons. Minimum spend $1200-2000
PATIO: Max Seating 60 persons. Max standing 80 persons. Minimum spend $1200-$2000
*Multiple spaces can be booked at once. For example, Scholastica & Benedict can be secured for a large cocktail party or dinner event.

DEPOSIT: To secure a date and space for an awesome event at Liberty Bar, we will need to hold card information on file. This will act as the deposit. We will only charge the card a cancellation fee of $500 if you decide to cancel within 6 weeks of your selected event date.
ROOM MINIMUM: The room minimum spend is based on food and beverage cost
OR The minimum guaranteed guest count at the specified price per person, whichever is greater* You are more then welcome to have guests open separate tabs for alcohol, however seperate tabs WILL NOT go towards the minimum. IF the minimum spend is not met, the difference will be charged as a room fee. These minimums are NOT inclusive of tax and 22% gratuity.
GUEST COUNTS: The final number of guests in attendance must be received no later than the specified date. This number will be considered your guarantee, not subject to reduction, and charges will be made accordingly. If a guarantee is not received by the due date, the approximated number of attendees as stated above will be used as your guarantee. You will be billed at this number or the actual number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater.
ROOM SETUP: You have the option of leaving tables separate, having 1 long table or 2 long tables. For events such as wedding dinners, you do have the option of having a sweethearts table. Outside decorations are more than welcome, we just ask that there be no confetti, glitter or anything that can pierce or strip the walls. Tea light candles are welcome as long as they are contained. We do offer white linens for the tables for a more formal setting. Table settings consist of appetizer plate, water glass & a silverware setting (in a dark blue linen).
METHOD OF PAYMENT: BALANCE OF TOTAL CHARGES INCURRED TO BE PAID IN FULL UPON CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT. CANCELLATION FEE: A NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE FEE OF $500 WILL BE CHARGED IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT WITHIN 6 WEEKS OF REQUESTED EVENT DATE.
Liberty Bar is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. We ask that all outside decorations be put into trash or packed and taken at the conclusion of the event.
ALLERGIES: We are able to accomodate most allergy and dietary restrictions. Please let us know in the booking details of your event.
Please let your server know of any food allergy, or dietary needs. Eating raw or uncooked food items can be hazardous to your health. The olives we serve may contain pits or pit fragments. Substitutions & additions may incur additional charge. Outside desserts are subject to a $25 fee - please talk to your server.
