This is the email we send to the owner, he then ask for our address, and we thought he might be sending some of the money back, due to the terrible experience we had, its been a month and nothing. Hello We're sending this email regarding our wedding this past Saturday the 14. We're beyond disappointed with the service the DJ provide. First, we were told he was going to arrived at 1, he did at 4:20 He showed up in short and a t-shirt, which he changed in the middle of the parking lot. I literally watch him pulling down his shorts to put on the pants. This is just unacceptable! He did NOT follow our music request. When ceremony was over and it was time for us to walk down the aisle as married couple, he didn't start the music until we were in the middle of the hallway. Which now the video is ruined. He put the reception entrance music before we were ready, and keep playing it and stop it like 3 times. Kinda sound like he was testing the song and volume, with all the guest inside! At the open dance, it was just a DISASTER, we were so upset! He did NOT put any of the type of music we requested, we send you links of songs and name of artists, he didn't FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. He was playing songs we have NEVER heard in our life, and on top of that, he was playing the WHOLE song! When we send the maid of honor to change the music (which was like 5 times, because after we just resigned the dance floor and went to take pictures outside) he ask her if she want it plug her cellphone instead. We pay for the maid of honor playlist???? Only 2 out of our "make sure to include" list were played, which one of them we want it to dance together, he played at the beginning, while I was on the bathroom! I understand hes not stop music if one of us was not there but if I told you to make sure to include this song, and is a slow love song, I don't think you couldn't just wait for me so we can dance together. When a request was made, he would stop the music COMPLETELY, the reception would go without music for about 40 sec to a 1 minute, for him to search for the song, then played it. We had TWO last songs! I wanted a song for my brother who couldn't make the wedding, and then the song to finish the wedding. He came 4 minutes before 9pm and tell us that there was only 4 min left and only time for just one final song, so it was a choose and pick situation now. After the DJ was gone, EVERYONE was just saying how terrible it was. A mom planning a quinceanera and a girl planning her wedding ask me for the name to make sure not include on their DJ search. We're sorry to write all this, but for us the music was important, we didn't want anything crazy, just a less distracted DJ, and someone with somehow experience. I really hope there's a way for you to make it up to us, since we cant revert time. Thank you. David and Alejandra Robbins.
