Speality Louisana Boudin, Catfish, Fried Shrimp,BBq 12hour brisket, competiton ribs mac and cheese with brisket.etc, We do drop off `s and set-ups. we have individual Canopy setups for parties, outdoor events ,,,We have a cajun kids set up with only kids meals, and kid inspired items occasional cotton candy in a bag, fries with cheese or tots with cheese and bacon,we have a cajun bbq setup with mac and cheese with brisket, cajun boudin, brisket and pulled pork, or ifcatered tx style brisket,completion chicken and ribs per request, and a Cajun Fried catfish, fried jumbo shrimp or wings we can do one or all three canopy setup with banners ,tables.etc
