All Venue Packages and Base Rates include tables and chairs for up to 200 guests as well as 6 cocktail tables. Linens and Services included in packages are for day-of event ONLY. For any event exceeding 200 guests, client is responsible for additional seating. Additional time other than what is included in the rental package is $200 per hour. Set up of tables and chairs and post-event clean up is included in all rental pricing.

All Wedding Packages include 2 hour access to Star Ranch for a pre-wedding photo session. Photo sessions must be scheduled in advance and DO NOT include photographers.

Base Pricing:
All Block & Day rates include access to the Main Hall and grounds. Block rentals for Saturdays must be booked within 45 days of event where availability allows.
Sunday - Thursday:
4 Hour Block - $1000 Day Rate - $1500
Friday:
4 Hour Block - $1250 Day Rate - $2250
Saturday:
4 Hour Block - $1500 Day Rate - $3000

Terms and Conditions
All events require a booking deposit of 25% at signing of contract with another 25% due 60 days from contract date. Remaining balances are due 30 days from event along with a $250 incidentals deposit and a Certificate of Liability Insurance.
For events with up to 50 guests, BYOB ok. Security may be required.
For events exceeding 50 guests where alcohol is being served, TABC service is required as well as security.
