**Rule of Two - Booking Cancellation Policy**
Thank you for considering Rule of Two for your event. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy to accommodate your needs. Please review the following updated terms and conditions for booking our musical duo:
**1. Booking Confirmation:** To secure your booking with Rule of Two, a deposit is required based on the type of event:
- For small events with 1-50 people: A deposit of 25% of the total agreed performance fee is required.
- For corporate parties and weddings: A deposit of 50% of the total agreed performance fee is required.
These deposits are non-refundable and serve as confirmation of your booking.
**2. Cancellation Timeline:** In the event that you need to cancel your booking, please provide written notice based on the type of event:
- For weddings: A minimum of 30 days' notice prior to the scheduled performance date is required.
- For all other events: A minimum of 10 days' notice prior to the scheduled performance date is required.
**3. Cancellation Charges:**
- Cancellations made within the specified timeline: No additional charges beyond the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made outside the specified timeline: 100% of the total performance fee is due.
**4. Rescheduling:** We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. Rule of Two will make every effort to accommodate a rescheduled date, subject to availability, and without any additional fees, provided we receive notice within the specified timelines.
**5. Force Majeure:** In the rare event that Rule of Two is unable to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, accident, equipment failure), we will make our best efforts to provide a suitable replacement or reschedule the performance. If this is not possible, we will refund the full performance fee.
**6. Client Responsibilities:** It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the performance location meets the technical and safety requirements for the musical duo. Failure to meet these requirements may result in a performance cancellation without refund.
**7. Termination:** Rule of Two reserves the right to terminate a performance if the client's event conditions are deemed unsafe or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
