Review & Approval: The finalized BEO is sent to you for review. This document includes a comprehensive breakdown of food, beverages, setup fees, and service charges. Confirmation & Deposit: To confirm your event, we require the signed BEO along with payment details for a 20% deposit, as specified. Execution: On the day of the event, our team uses the BEO as a guide to deliver every detail as outlined, ensuring your event runs smoothly and meets expectations.
