Poplar Hill Mansion is the perfect place for your elegant and intimate occasions. Rental includes the entire first floor of the house, kitchen facilities, back yard and gardens. Flatware, china and glasses are also included in the rental prices. There is an additional charge for table linens. PHM has modern conveniences such as central air conditioning and heating, modern ADA bathroom, a newly remodeled kitchen (with sink, double oven, French door refrigerator, and commercial dishwasher), a sound system, and WI-FI. The Mansion seats about 75 people comfortably, divided among the three major rooms on the first floor. Most larger events/parties use the outdoor space, which accommodates approximately 120 people and use the interior of the Mansion as a transitional space for a cocktail hour, candy bar, buffet line, or other use.
