Pre-Wedding assistance…
• Prepare printed schedules of Wedding Day events for client & vendors
• Site inspections of event location with client
• Schematic of ceremony & reception sites with chairs, Tables etc.
• Coordinate with all vendors prior to wedding day to confirm details
• Coordinate Wedding Rehearsal (if desired)
• Any additional pre-wedding assistance you may need
Wedding “Day Of” Coordination……
• We will coordinate the set-up of Ceremony & Reception Sites with venue staff or rental company
Including the set-up of linens, seating cards, favors, guest book, toasting flutes, tarts, cookies, chair coverings, etc.
• Coordinate client needs and event details with vendors; includes coordination of timing with each vendor throughout the day
• Meet and direct guests upon arrival
• Coordinate Wedding Ceremony (if needed)
• Coordinate successful timing and flow of reception
• Pack & load all clients’ belongings at end of reception- including gifts, toasting flutes, guest book etc.
• Distribute checks to vendors
• Handle any emergencies which may arise
• Assist with any additional wedding related needs during the reception

Terms and Conditions
Due to my busy Wedding Season, all inquiries must be approved (if date is available) by ASTARR Events prior to deposit being accepted. Credit Cards are not accepted- bank checks and personal checks are accepted in US Dollars only.
Cancellations are accepted in writing at least 7 days prior to the event date however, you will be charged consultation fees at our hourly rate from your deposit.
Payment Balance Policy- Total Balance due the day before your event takes place.
