Our Ministers perform non-religious, semi-religious (Generic), and Christian marriage ceremonies seven days a week. Our Officiants perform legal obligation spanish ceremonies scheduled in english. Seven Days a Week, We do all Virginia ceremonies by ZOOM, etc, internet, or speaker phone (our choice) for only $100 (non-refundable) and the legalities are confirmed by a memo citing the Virginia Attorney Generals Office in which they can be performed these ways with a Virginia Marriage License and a Virginia Court authorized Officiant. Virginia Circuit Courts wrongly tell you that these types of ceremonies are not legal, but the Virginia Attorney General who interprets all Virginia laws says that they are legal. There are other Officiants who will tell you that you have to have a Utah County Utah Marriage License obtained online to do a ZOOM Wedding while you are in Virginia. That is a lie! We have the memo in which the Virginia Attorney General declares that all remote Weddings in Virginia are legal with a Virginia Marriage License and a Virginia Court Authorized Celebrant. Virginia law allows the two parties to the marriage and the Officiant to be in three different locations including one of the parties being in another State or Country, as is done with Virginia DOC Marriages, as long as the ceremony is performed in Virginia. Since we do all the civil ceremonies in Roanoke, ceremonies are scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance because we do the most weddings because the other Roanoke Officiants charge $500.
