About Willamette Heritage Center

The Willamette Heritage Center (WHC) is a charming, five-acre property and museum with a park-like feel and is home to 14 historic buildings and houses, all of which are on the National Register of Historic Places. This one-of-a-kind site provides a picturesque, unique setting with a millrace stream and venues built as early as 1858. WHC offers multiple venue spaces, perfect for accommodating a wide array of gatherings. Facility rentals help us fund the ongoing preservation of our unique and irreplaceable collections, historic buildings, and beautiful grounds. We are thankful to be a place for our Salem community to gather and build memories!

Wonderful! - An Eventective User

I needed a room to host 15 people on really short notice. We had planned a memorial picnic and then a heat wave came, so we wanted to be indoors. I had a response overnight in a holiday week and by mid-day the next day had a room arranged. The room was just great, we were able to bring the food we had already lined up, and the venue had even placed signs around the property so we knew where to go. I couldn't be more impressed with how Eventective and Willamette Heritage Center worked out. Thanks to Heather Ritchie for friendly, efficient correspondence and help!
