Initial Consultation: FREE Pre-Wedding Day: One consultation as wedding day approaches. Wedding Rehearsal: Coordination of rehearsal (one hour) and ceremony, including lining up and cueing wedding party for processional, as well as any additional cues for ceremony. Wedding Day: One Coordinator. Manages the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception. Including making sure all vendors have arrived and are ready to go. Use of Bridal Emergency Kit - we’ll be ready and available to solve any unexpected situations or emergencies. Assist with distribution and pinning of all corsages, boutonnieres, wedding flowers and flower baskets. Lining up and cueing wedding party for processional, as well as additional cues for ceremony and reception. Overseeing ceremony and reception setup. Service for first hour of reception to make sure everything is in place so you can enjoy the evening.  Cocktail Hour & Reception thru cake cutting. Set up contracted reception décor not handled by a specific vendor (i.e. favors, menus, cake knife, toasting flutes, escort cards, gifts, charger plates, etc…) .
