Beautiful new industrial venue located beachside near St. Pete/Tampa/Clearwater!

We hosted a holiday market, which had up to 40 vendors and over 400 people throughout the day shopping and enjoying the new venue. The outdoor courtyard was incredible and loved the roll up garage door, which enabled shoppers to access the bar from inside or outside. The courtyard has beautiful landscaping, concrete pads and turf grass, which makes for a perfect spot for a anyone looking for both inside and outside space. The inside of the venue has 5,500 square feet and was spacious, even when we had a good flow of shoppers. This new venue, The West Events, would be perfect for anyone looking for a beachside wedding, corporate or non-profit event, etc.
