Terms and Conditions
Food and Beverage Minimum:
Based on your date selection, a food and beverage minimum may be added to your event.
Deposits | Payments | Guest Count:
30 Days from your event a payment of 50% of the total contract balance is due.
14 days from your event, a final guest count and final payment is due.
Menu Selections:
Localzās goal is to make this process easier on you! We will need your final menu selection 7 days prior to the day of the event. No changes can be made after the final menu has been submitted.
Final Guest Numbers:
Localz will need your final number of guests attending your event 5 days prior to the day of the event. If no updated numbers have been submitted, the original number of guests will be locked in and cannot be changed.
Fees & Taxes:
All private events will include an 18% service charge on subtotal. Applicable state and local sales tax are added to the final total.
