Rhoda will meet with you to discuss event details, offer creative solutions, scout and book locations, food and entertainment. Liaise with speakers, committee and suppliers. Of course it doesn't end there Rhoda will also create and provide promotional materials, marketing plans and evaluation reports. Rhoda will be there “day of” for on-site coordination to ensure everything runs smooth and that you, your staff and guests are receiving the highest quality of content and professionalism.
