About Pio's
While Pio worked in restaurants for many years, he learned to cook from his mother, who was from Modena, Italy. Many of Pio’s recipes come from his family, his wife Mary, and countless hours in the kitchen. Pio first introduced thin crust pizza, toasted ravioli, and pizza burgers to the St. Charles area. Many locals still recall coming in after high school basketball games to eat pizza, listen to the jukebox, and enjoy good company. Come see why Pio’s Restaurant and Cocktail Lounge has thrived for over 60+ years!
We have three banquet rooms available. Located on our second floor, there are two large rooms that accommodate up to 120 people. We also have a lower banquet room that accommodates up to 50 people. If your guests should need an elevator, there is one available leading to the second floor.

Celebration of Life
- An Eventective User
It was "A celebration of Life" event that was delayed by Covid-19 pandemic. A good room with its own bar. We chose the Buffet Lunch. The food was good and staff most accommodating and friendly. We had room for several easels to display picture posters and extra table to display flowers and other memorabilia. It easily held our 40 people and a musician. From casual to dress-up, a good room with chandelier lighting and large but private windows. Definitely recommend, We will utilize again for big family get together.
