Side 25 offers a full kitchenette ( Sink, microwave and a refrigerator. Round & rectangle tables, clear Chivari chairs, and a Bluetooth speaker.
Side 27 offers a mini kitchenette ( microwave and refrigerator. Round & rectangle tables, wooden white folding chairs , and a Bluetooth speaker.
Both sides come with 4 Chafing dishes and wifi.

Kindly ensure that all necessary measures are taken to ensure the full refund of your deposit. Please note that in the event of cancellation, for any reason whatsoever, your deposit and any paid funds are non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance is due at least 14 days prior to your event date. If your event is less than two weeks away, the full amount is due upon booking. Please be aware that same-day bookings may incur an additional fee. It is important to thoroughly review the contract before signing and promptly submit your deposit upon receipt. Please note that your requested date and time are only secured once the deposit has been received.
Failure to settle the remaining balance on or before the due date will result in the cancellation of your event without any refund.
We do allow one rescheduling opportunity, provided we receive at least a two-week notice prior to your current event date and time. This rescheduling will require a 50% deposit to secure the new date. The amount is due at the time of rescheduling to ensure your attendance. Failure to settle this amount will result in the cancellation of the event due to non-payment.
Please note that rowdy crowds, violence, or conflicts are strictly prohibited. Any events found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately terminated without any refunds. We kindly request that guests remain inside the venue and refrain from large crowds standing outside. In the event that the event exceeds the booked time, an inconvenience fee of $85 will be charged up to 30 mins and each 30 minutes after.
To prevent any damage to the mirrors, please avoid placing any directly on them. Similarly, nothing should be placed directly on the walls or doors. Backdrop stands are required for all backdrops and pictures, unless specifically approved by the owner.
While floor decals are allowed, any damages caused by them will result in the voiding of your full deposit. The use of confetti, glitter, or any similar materials is strictly prohibited.
We offer an optional cleaning service that includes post-event cleaning. You only need to take your personal items with you, and we will take care of the rest. There is a fee of $100 for this service. Please note that you will still be held fully accountable for any damages to the venue.
If you choose not to opt for the cleaning service, please ensure that the location is left in the same condition as received. All trash must be inside trash bags. Before leaving the venue, please push tables against the wall no need to break them down and stack chairs. Sweep and mop where necessary. Please refrain from disposing of any food or items that may clog the bathroom sink or toilet, as this will result in the voiding of your full damage deposit. Please allow up to 24-48 hours to receive confirmation of the return of your deposit. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the deposit, unless cash was used. If cash was used, the deposit will be refunded via EFT (Square refund, Zelle, or PayPal). Please note that the actual speed of the return depends on your financial institution, so we recommend contacting your bank for further information.
