Our Color Splash Party Room is an inviting space perfect for baby showers, small birthday parties, and other intimate gatherings. It comfortably seats up to 35 guests and has its own private entrance, offering easy access and exclusivity for your event. Two walls of the room are lined with stunning 12-foot-tall windows, allowing plenty of natural light to fill the space, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The layout is flexible, with 6-foot tables and 40 white folding chairs available to arrange as you see fit, whether you're hosting a seated meal or a more casual event with open mingling. The room's versatility suits various activities, from dining to games and gift openings. You’re welcome to bring in your food and beverages, adding a personal touch to your celebration. Whether you’re decorating for a theme or keeping it simple, the Color Splash Party Room provides a beautiful, functional setting for your special occasion. There are no noise limitations unless there is another event happening at the same time in the building. Our Artist Studio is also an event venue for personal and corporate events. The building is 5,000 square feet with over 2,500 square feet of open space for corporate team-building events and sip-and-paint parties. This space would be functional for meetings, art classes, lunch meetings, and smaller private parties of up to 65 people. We also have a smaller studio space with a separate entrance to rent by the hour (see circled entrance in photo). Our venue is designed to inspire creativity and fun. We offer mostly 4' by 4' square tables arranged in different configurations. We have many extra 6-foot tables. Our chairs, a mix of wood chairs painted by customers and family members with fun, colorful, 'wacky, tacky' designs, and white folding chairs, add to the lively atmosphere.
