Date Changes - In the event the Client(s) are forced to change the date of the Event, every effort will be made to transfer location reservations, sub-contractors and the Event Coordinator’s support to the new date. The Client(s) agree that in the event of a date change any expenses including, but not limited to deposits and fees, which are non-refundable and non-transferable are the sole responsibility of the Client(s). There may also be additional charges above and beyond those set forth. The Client(s) further understand that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that CBMS is not responsible for these compromises in quality.
Cancellation - In the event circumstances change and the Client must cancel the Event, CBMS will make its best efforts to modify its planning to reflect the Client’s needs. However, the Client agrees and acknowledges that all payments made to date are non-refundable and Client shall forfeit its deposit.
Payment due - We require a 50% deposit at the time you contract and reserve your date with us. We will bill you for the remainder of the total cost 30 days before your scheduled event. The remaining balance is due upon receipt and must be paid in full before the event.
