Built in 1923, this rustic building takes guests back with nostalgic architecture, sprawling porch, wood-beamed grand hall, and magnificent two-story stone fireplace. SVC recently completed a million dollar improvement project on the Myrtle Johnston Lodge, which includes improved restrooms, ADA access, air conditioning, new wrap around porch, stairs, hardwood floor and ramps. The grand hall is roughly 40' x 60'.
The Myrtle Johnston Lodge is not staffed or open to the general public daily, but is available to rent. This large space can accommodate up to 160 people for parties, gatherings, meetings, and special events. Lodge rental is available seven days a week 8AM-10PM. Camping overnight in the lodge is not allowed, but groups may be approved to tent camp on the lawn.

The food prep space is not a permitted commercial kitchen, and only includes a small household-size refrigerator with freezer, countertops, coffee maker, sink and microwave. There is no stove, oven, or built-in BBQ on the property. Barbecuing with your own equipment is only allowed in the parking lot or court yard on the decomposed granite.
