Basic rate of $1,490 includes Grounds (outdoor picnic area where 120 x 40' tent can be installed) plus prior day set up and post event clean up time
Add $1,285 for School House and Patio (covered outdoor eating area and BBQ area)
Add $1,015 for use of Pantry (approved food preparation kitchen to be used by third party vendors)
Consecrated chapel available for $80 per hour (maximum occupancy 40 people)
School House available for meetings ($80 per hour for up to 4 hours, full day rate of $610 applicable for more than 4 hours)
